Directions from London: Take the M3 all the way down until it joins the M27 towards Portsmouth. At junction 7, follow signs past Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencers superstores towards Botley. Drive through Botley village past the river and once through to the other side, at the next junction turn right towards Titchfield. Go past the Horse and Jockey Pub and after approximately 1/4 mile there are two bus stops on either side of the road. Here there is also a turning to the left which leads into the Industrial estate of 'Bury Farm'. Proceed along the drive over three speed ramps and take the next right. Go to the top and turn right. CTM Engineering is at the rear of that building in Unit 3a.
